The Clínica Dental Mercurio (Mercurio Dental Clinic) is located in the Mercurio building at Playa del Inglés, in the Maspalomas area on the island of Gran Canaria. It was founded by Dental Surgeon Dr Raymond Houth Bour in 1986 and its services include treatment for pain from infection, endodontics, aesthetic dentistry, implants, conservative dentistry, periodontics and removable and fixed prostheses.

At Mercurio Dental Clinic you will find dentists who speak German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. That is why we have patients from Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom, etc.

Mercurio Dental Clinic is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We take care of people of all ages, both children and adults. There is a paid car parking service in the building.

Mercurio Dental Clinic is a modern dental centre designed to make your experience more comfortable, with an attractive, relaxing waiting room leading to the interior of the clinic with the latest up-to-date technology and equipment.

THE CLINIC

Our facilities include:

3 complete cubicles with dental chairs.
Digital periapical X-ray imaging device for diagnosing conditions and conservative treatments, such as fillings, endodontics, periodontal control, minor surgery, etc.

3D X-Ray CT device with panoramic radiography for determining correct treatment plans and more advanced diagnoses, used for major surgery, implant treatments, diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders, sinus conditions, etc.

Complete sterilisation and disinfection room.
Our X-ray and 3D CT service is regularly checked by a outside company to ensure it is completely safe to use.

OUR SERVICES

The main aim of our work is to help our patients enjoy excellent oral health, so that they feel happy with themselves and give us their best smile when our work is done. That is why we offer the following services:

Endodontics and conservative treatments (helping to maintain the teeth.).

Periodontics, through dental hygiene and treatment of periodontal and soft-tissue conditions.

Aesthetic treatments. All types of aesthetic treatments including crowns and veneers made from the most innovative, state-of-the-art materials using minimally invasive aesthetic techniques.

Implantology, including prosthetic implants, sinus lifts, bone grafts and single-tooth restoration.

Prosthodontics: fracture of removable prosthesis, fixed prostheses such as crowns and bridges, making relaxation splints and plates for treatment of the temporomandibular joint.

An experienced dentist, one of the first generation of graduates in Dentistry from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, who has been with us for almost ten years. He constantly updates his knowledge of techniques and procedures, focusing on conservative and aesthetic treatments.
